The most profound power we hold within ourselves is the power to choose are own realities. When a person comes to see me I know by making a choice, this person has decided they want something different in their life. I know that the commitment has been made between themselves to allow for the transformation they experience from within. When someone realizes that they always have a choice to feel and act in a certain way they become the master of their own lives. The circumstances that happen outside of themselves to not matter any more, because they always have a choice of how they view and feel about every situation. In my life I have experienced face value some very discomforting times, however when I look back on these experiences I see things in a different light. Sometimes the worst things that happen to us at the time become the greastest acheivements later in our understanding. If we can reframe our thinking on certain situations that happen throughout our life and see the whole picture of why somethings have occured, we experience a totally different view as the observer versus the experiencer of our lives. When one experiences the wonderful world of choice within themselves they begin to experience life as a series of choices that lead them in any direction they choose.
